  • Fight week and rehydration protocols, remote or in person, built to the promotion rules and travel schedule.
  • In-person fight week concierge for title fights and high-risk cuts — weigh-in strategy, water cutting, refuelling and calorie-counted meal prep to the hotel.
  • Performance-based fight camps while losing fat, with calories, macros and carbohydrates aligned to training so athletes stay lean, fast and strong.
  • Weight class and body composition audits that set realistic walk-around ranges and safe cut limits.
  • Hydration testing and ONE-style protocol design for fighters and promotions that use USG.
  • Gym and team workshops on safe weight cutting, hydration and post weigh-in refuelling, delivered online or on site.
Ideally 8–12 weeks out. Fighters who start early make weight without crash dieting and arrive on fight day fuelled, not drained. If your fight is closer than that, message me, fight week-only support is also available.
