Privacy Policy

This is the privacy policy for A Cut Above Combat Nutrition ("ACA", "we", "us"), run by Campbell Bourne, MN.Nutr. It covers aca-nutrition.com, our free calculators and tools, and how we handle your information when you use them. Plain English, no small print tricks.

What we collect

• Contact details: your name, email address, phone number, Instagram handle if you choose to give it, and how you found us.
• Calculator inputs: the information you enter into our tools, such as age, sex, weight, height, body fat estimate, training volume, fight date, weigh-in type and food intake. We use this to build your results.
• Basic usage data: anonymous events such as a tool being opened, completed, or a link being clicked, so we can see which tools are useful. Our pages do not run advertising trackers of their own.

Some of what you enter, like your body fat estimate and food intake, counts as health information. We only use it to build your report and coach you, we only have it because you chose to type it in, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

Why we collect it

• To generate your report and show you your numbers.
• To send you your results and a short series of fight camp tips by email.
• To message you on WhatsApp about your results and how we can help, if you have given your number. We do not call you. Email and WhatsApp only.
• To improve our tools and coaching.

We process this information on the basis of your consent, which you give when you submit a form. You can withdraw it at any time.

Where your data lives

Your details are stored with the service providers that run our systems: our customer relationship platform (LeadConnector / HighLevel) and our database provider (Supabase). They process your data on our behalf and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes. Some of these providers store data outside the UK. Where they do, they are required to protect it to UK standards.

What we never do

• We never sell your data.
• We never share it with third parties for their marketing.
• We never send spam. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and a WhatsApp message asking us to stop is always honoured.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while we are in contact with you or while you are receiving our emails. If you unsubscribe we stop emailing you. If you ask to be removed, we delete your details from our marketing system and our database.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us at any time to:

• show you the data we hold about you,
• correct it,
• delete it,
• or stop contacting you.

Just email us or message us on WhatsApp and we will sort it, usually within a few days and always within one month. You have other rights too, listed in full at ico.org.uk. If you are not happy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Age

Our tools and coaching are for people aged 16 and over. If you are younger, involve your coach or a parent, and know that weight cuts at your age should be minimal.

Embedded content

Some pages embed videos using YouTube's privacy-enhanced player, which does not set tracking cookies unless you play the video. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which involves your browser requesting the font files from Google.
